• Use Tap water, don’t use RO water, Use Tap Water (which should not be salty water), In case of Salty Tap Water, use RO/filter water with a pinch of salt.
• If steamer generate low steam or does not generate at all, either add pinch of salt or contact our customer support.
• Wash the vaporizer with lukewarm water before first use, to reduce virgin plastic smell if any.
